Obituary for Craig W. Courter

Craig William Courter of Mulliken, MI, passed away at home on August 14, 2020, surrounded by his loving family. He was born October 23, 1950 in Lansing, MI, the son of Jack and Arlene (Miller) Courter.
Craig was a master electrician, electrical inspector, electrical contractor and owner of Craig Electric. He has always had a fascination with lights, gadgets and electronics. It was no surprise he became an electrician. Craig dedicated his life to Jehovah God. He was an active member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses in the Charlotte congregation, along with volunteering much of his time helping with many other Kingdom interests. He was also very passionate about, and loved the field ministry. Craig was very caring and patient to others; he volunteered a lot of his time; loved camping and spending time with his family and friends.
Craig is survived by his wife of 49 years, Debbra and their children: Caleb (Kaylee), Sandra (Gerry) McNett, Levi and Ethan; grandchildren: Cayden, Ryleigh, and Whyatt. He was predeceased by his son, Jacob (2018) and his loving parents.
Out of respect and concern for public health and safety, the family has chosen not to have services at this time. The family is also planning an online Zoom funeral service talk with picture memorial at a later date. Those wishing, memorial contributions may be given to the worldwide work of Jehovah’s Witnesses The family has entrarrangements to Peters & Murray Funeral Home, Grand Ledge.
