On Monday, December 14, Tom Evans, loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away at the age of 74. Tom was born to Genoula and Carl Evans on November 22, 1946 in Amarillo, Texas. Tom also served as a fingerprint technician with the New Mexico Police Department. He moved to Michigan in 1966 and was hired by the Michigan State Police. In 1969, he served as a probation officer and project director with the Oakland County Courts.
